Defective Sirui Head
Просмотров 8565 лет назад
Video I sent to Siriu China explaining how a panorama head works and showing what is wrong with it. They couldn't grasp the concept of a panorama head and how when they level above ball joint it doesn't matter if legs are uneven. Even after this they still couldn't accept that the bubble level is off and refused to replace it so I had to return it. A week later they post on my not recommended r...

i have the same issue , any one can help here
You have the code file onscreen. You then need to open a slicing program run it through there then the file will show on your as card and print. Hope this helps.
You would think for what you pay for these machines they could at least get a decent card reader
They effed a lot of people. Because we cannot FLASH THE FIRMWARE. So the effed the firmware from the start too. So now we're all stuck with either a bricked s1 or firmware that stops mid print. They fked up bad.
You can thank Creality's stupidity for this. They installed the SD card reader upside down by design so what likely happened to you is what happens to everyone else that has your problem, you inserted the SD card in right side up the first time and broke the reader lock. Some really stupid people working at Creality
Yo lo que hice fue desarmarla y con los dedos aplastar un poco donde va la sd y ya funciona normalmente what I did was disassemble it and with my fingers crush a little where the sd card goes and it works normally
Who did you contact I got the same issue I got mine out of micro center
I’ve had this same problem in the past and it was a software issue. I emailed support and they had it fixed within a day.
if i made the sd card sprung pop out then do i need a new motherboard?
did you fix it? im facing the same issue
They swapped the motherboard for me
@@drmental4217 how do you go about requesting support
OMG i was trying and card works upside down
I'm having the same issue. When I unscrewed the bottom of the base, I found a tiny spring rolling inside. Looks like it jumped out from the SD card slot when I first tried to pull in the sd card the normal way - downside (and it is not my fault). Creality, that's a shame on you.
how do i unscrew it?
@@zer0g0 Flip over the printer, there are several screws there on the bottom plate. Unscrew them and remove the bottom plate. Then you will see the insides of the printer. You will probably need to remove the vertical bars together with the extruder, otherwise you will not be able to lay it down on the printing table (flip over). I hope it helps.
I have to plug it in the other way around, it only works then! This is absurd, at first I thought it was not good!
You should learn how to edit your videos! Anyway, I have the same problem, it's rather counter intuitive to have a card insert upside down & I inserted mine normally & broke the little lock system. I imagine that's what you all did! Anyway I guess we need to replace our sd card readers. What a disappointment on the first day of receiving the printer. Ps: why the hell is the reader upside down??
I don't really care what you think of my editing. Sorry you have the same problem.

Same problem , have u solved it?
Mine reading factory sd card but not my sd card?
I had exactly the same issue! I reached for the obvious "Use the USB cable work around", but I didn't have a standard USB to USB-C cable handy and I live an hour away from the nearest store! So I continued to try to make it work through the SD Card. Ultimately I discovered that if you press downward on the protruding end of the card it will finally recognize the card (e.g. the pins aren't making contact normally). The next issue I discovered is that you will need to KEEP PRESSING DOWN on the SD card or the print will eventually fail as it can no longer read from it. I worked around that issue with a piece of gorilla tape wrapped around the top of the protruding edge of the SD card and adhering it to the bottom edge of the chassis module under tension (as well as the desk), and then adding more tension by pressing the tape against the side of the chassis module. I am almost done with my first print now. Hope this helps someone!

Tank you, this actually solved my problem too. 🤙🏻
Thanks :D
Interesting, you got this to work, I bought a usb c stick to see if I could use it the same way as the sd card but it doesn't see the usb c stick for some reason.
NOPE they fuked up. Mine DOES NOT read the card period.
Well at least this helped me notice the card goes in upside down.
ahh crap, i was doing this too lolol. just spent an hour trying to figures it out
Yeah same problem here! Why would they do that?
Same issue . I request for replacement from Amazon
same problem - card-reader did not work
Me too - same problem ... By the way: the boot-time would be shorter if you boot without the card ...
Just met similar issue. Card is not reading even through USB-C <-> SD Card adapter :( So sad.
I have the same problem..
I have the same problem with the Ender 3 S1 (not pro). Did you solve it?
They are sending a new motherboard.
for me also same problem
Frustrating for sure but they have been very responsive and sent me new motherboard.
I have exactly the same issue ... i need to push on my card and then i'm able to read the file but i still have another issue during the printing. However, i'm able to print directly from usb ... I tried with another card from Sandisk and it's almost ok ... I ordered a new one with the same spec but i have a lot of troubles ....
you just have to put it in until it makes a click but I have issues too it wont read my card aswell
There is no click, there is nothing. We determined it was defective and replacement board is in its way.

That’s what leveling bases are for.
just use a propper camera with digital spirit level.
Wtf that to much going on
MIGHT BE A LITTLE LATE, BUT IF ANY HELP HERE YOU GO. THE PROBLEM IS IN THE ROLLERS, THATS WHAT CAUSES THE STATIC. IT CAUSES THE CUTTER TO BUG OUT. WHAT I DID IS I REMOVED THE ROLLERS, AND NOW I GIVE MY VINYL ROLL SOME SLACK AND PLACE THE ROLL ON TOP OF THE CUTTER IN THAT NOTCHED AREA ON TOP.
Check nodes in that area.Hit Select all in your artwork and then node edit.Delete those nodes
The ionizer will add to the problem.
When connecting to the house outlet do not use the center screw. That is for attaching a face plate, not grounding.
IF grounding is/was a problem. The painted center screw with a plastic cover is NOT a good ground. put the wire in the u shaped hole or remove cover and attach to GREEN screw.
I was about to make the same comment. Lots of ground wires with no possibly no connection to ground.
so much talent!! awesome video! :)
That happened to me, I fount out that turning off and turning on after finishing a job before cutting the next one solved the problem.
That was my solution too. I'm using "Sure Cuts aLot" program for Mac and did some testing figure out that max nodes is 1700. To see that go to menu bar click on PATH > Simplify
Well, was it ever fixed? I am having the same issue.
The cutter as sold is useless, you need to get a usb to serial interface and connect the cutter to the serial cable instead of usb. Once that is done the cutter is OK, still fails on larger cuts but smaller will usually cut OK. I would recommend returning it and buying a different brand if you have that option. It will never be a great cutter. Good luck.
+drmental THANKS FOR THE INFO :) We actually just purchased a Titan 3.... Hoping we have better luck w/ that.
hello do you know where can i find the software free???
Did you ever get the issue resolved?? What was the outcome?
+vmagroup We got a USB to serial adapter as someone suggested on another forum. That helped it a lot but didn't completely fix it. Still can't cut really large designs or very complicated ones. Do you have the same machine?
Oh Ok. Sorry to hear that.I dont have one but I was just about to purchase one because I seen it on US Cutters site on sale. (50" for $499) I'm always suspicious when companies say "sale". So I decided to look for some reviews, and couldnt find any that acutally showed it in action. Thank God I found your video! Now Im starting to reconsider. I guess I'll settle for the SC Series. I hope you find a solution. Thanks.
One more thing, I suggest If you cant get answers from USCutter, the next best thing is to try and contact the actual manufacturer. I know they'll have the answers. Most likely USCutter is just a distributor of the product and place their name on it, and only have generic "sales related" answers. That your best bet. Best of Luck! Cheers.
Send that machine back
If that outlet box is plastic or does not have a ground wire to it inside then your ground wires are not grounded to earth
I believe the purpose of the tester in the outlet socket was to show proof of correct outlet wiring and grounding. Also the power cord being used by the cutter already has a grounded wire running to it, which tells me that USCutter was trying to avoid the real problem which points to a defective logic board.
WOW!
Explosives and Booze?????
My brothers girlfriend.
Amazing!!!!
I enjoyed the audience responses. I like this one. :)
